Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear refund and return policy for all doors, accessories, and smart lock products.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product does not match its description.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order armored doors or wooden doors.
  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Inspection will be performed by AEGIS technical staff.

Refunds are issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit

Processing takes 5–14 business days.
