Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear refund and return policy for all doors, accessories, and smart lock products.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are accepted in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product does not match its description.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or made-to-order armored doors or wooden doors.
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Inspection will be performed by AEGIS technical staff.

Refunds are issued through:
- Bank transfer
- Original payment method
- Store credit
Processing takes 5–14 business days.
