- Selected cities and governorates across Egypt (based on availability)
Delivery Time
- For in-stock products: 5–10 business days
- For customized or made-to-order doors: 10–20 business days
- Delivery dates may vary depending on order size, customization, and location.
Delivery Process
- Our team will contact you to confirm delivery date and installation schedule.
- Products are delivered by trained technicians to ensure safe handling.
- Installation is performed onsite (if included in the order).
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees vary depending on city and product weight.
- Fees are calculated automatically at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
Failed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable on delivery day, the order will be rescheduled. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Damage During Delivery
If any damage occurs during shipping, AEGIS will replace or repair the product at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported upon receiving the order.
